Entry for 's Royal Rumble Pokemon Contest; Where we had to develope a King's Rock evolution from an existing or Phenterran Pokemon so here's my entry~

Altainix (Alto Kaiser Phoenix)
Classification: Cloud Ruler PokeMon
Type: Dragon/Flying
Ability: Natural Cure / Royal Guard
Royal Guard - When HP is 1/3 Altenix will gradually regain HP with each sucessful hit.(Much like Absorbing attacks, however, once out of the 1/3 HP area hits no longer asborb HP)
Height: 4'3" Weight: 76.4 lbs

Altainix evolves from an Altaria who has founded a King's Rock. They rule the skies and fly higher than any others dare.Altainix will lead a flock of Altaria and Swablu and is said to take them to Paradise--a place no human has ever seen--, where the flock will live for colder months. Altainix are wise rulers, and fly at the head of the flock, where its cottony wings disrupt the air so that other flock members will not have to use as much energy to fly. Altainix's tail will grow longer with age, the longest recorded tail was 15'6" long. The feathers on a male Altainix's head are coloured vibrant Reds and Blues, while females are coloured a solid blue.
